The price list on our website is current and will be charged accordingly.
Prices may be subject to change at our discretion.
Delivery costs are based on mainland UK, please contact us if non mainland UK

Orders/delivery

Please check your order upon receipt of delivery
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery availability.
We can only accept orders from within the UK
Muesli orders are based on 'one case of 6x500grm bags'
Orders will be despatched within 7 working days from payment via the Post office or Parcel Force
Before the dispatch of your goods, please state special delivery arrangements (i.e. to leave with a neighbour, in a secure shed)

Secure Online Payment
All online sales from mullorganics.co.uk are processed by PayPal.  Transactions take place on PayPal's secure server.
Please note we do not have access to your credit card details

Payments & Refunds
If for some reason the product you receive does not meet our usual high standard please contact us as soon as possible and we will be pleased to resolve the problem. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days.

Once the product is open we are unable to return a refund on any goods unless the product is faulty. You will be responsible for these charges.

Every effort will be made to meet your order but cancellations or variations may be necessary, we will contact you in this event.
